Sales tax will be applied in the states of Idaho (6%) and Louisiana (9.5%).

Returns accepted 15 days from date of purchase for either store credit for the full price of the original items purchased, or a cash refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Items must be unopened and unused. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

If there has been a mistake in the fulfillment of your order or if the items arrive broken or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@ourbestbites.com and we’ll make sure your order is corrected or replaced immediately. Broken or damaged items will be replaced with identical items when available; if not available, a store credit or refund will be issued. We must be notified within 15 days of purchase if there is a problem with your order; after 15 days, the sale is final.

Yes! We have added several new flavors this year and we hope to expand our line in 2015!                                  

Don’t panic, it’s fine! Olive oil coagulates in cold temperatures, so that may happen during the shipping process in winter months. Leave your oil at room temperature, or set the bottle in a pitcher of warm tap water and it will be back to normal in no time. The coagulation in no way affects the taste or performance of the oil.

We offer flat-rate shipping in order to provide the best deal for our customers (unfortunately we can’t all be Amazon!)  Orders are shipped in the quickest and most affordable manner depending on their destinations.  Many are shipped via USPS Priority mail, at no additional charge to you. Others are shipped via UPS ground.  Order delivery time varies, but most should arrive between 2-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays, will be shipped in the following 1-2 business days.  We do not have responsibility or control over mishaps with the postal service.  If your package is lost or stolen in the mail, contact your local postal service to file a claim.

Once your package is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.
